Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All ready-to-ship artwork is processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 1–2 weeks to complete before shipping.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund. We will also assist in filing a claim with UPS if needed.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with UPS. Refunds or replacements will be handled once the carrier investigation is complete.

Custom Orders
All custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
